Christmas, Christmas consumer ... My Grandmother

Hi everyone! I regret not having published anything before, but had nothing to say. My life is a bit cyclical. Every year the same phases, the same notes, the same anger with my parents, the same illusions with Gordo Christmas this year (new!) stayed in a refund (twenty euros come we never wrong;)).

The routine has kept me pretty feeble imagination and creativity, so I've barely done anything in writing. Christmas gifts was the most creative thing I've done this Christmas, and more by necessity than enthusiasm.

But today, I needed to talk. Needed to say something, I needed to scream to the world the other side of Christmas.

We are accustomed to such Disney films very tender and sweet, where Mickey Mouse & company teach us how important it is Christmas, the spirit and meaning of these feasts, or "A Christmas Carol" by Dickens.

Well, I'll discover a few things: Mickey Mouse does not exist or existed, Scroodge and ghosts either. And the spirit of Christmas is only a utopian dream of the holidays! The spirit of Christmas (you know, help others, bring happiness to those around you, be with family, being generous ...) is just a hoax but they are trying to instill in children small with obvious failures that we see every day:

"Louie, lying is very bad, honey. Lying is evil "" And when you tell Daddy that you're working, you're actually having dinner with your boss, that too is wrong? Why do you lie, right? "Eeeeeeem, that's a lie" n.nU.

Vaaaaaaaale an example a poquiiiiiito exaggerated. But how many parents who defraud the Treasury instilled in her children have to be honest? inúltil would count.

Is not it hypocritical?

Something similar happens at Christmas.

While the children were put movies on it inteción important is not the gift adults will fit in because they have given only a keychain. But what matters is the intention! No? Although, as we are, that you give away a Ferrari better intention.

But, you know that's what pisses me off about all this? We are lost. Look at me, I'm ranting about all this consumerism and the nonsense of the Christmas spirit when I just came to spend 60 € on some gifts.

Have I spoken of consumerism? Yes, yes! In Christmas is not celebrated the birth of Christ, Adoration of the Kings and even the Holy Innocents, as many naively believe. No, no. It celebrates the rush Food, August all shops large and small, out of credit cards and accounts in the red because of the gifts.

Okay, yes, gift at this time of year is vital. Is another example of the generosity that we should have in these times. But sometimes, it is an exaggeration.

"Øystein, what you bought the premium Joly? Oy, I know not ..." A bracelet? No, it's very cheap! Tous A bracelet? Yes, yes! " (Unfortunately there are people like that ¬ ¬).

But, hang on, ladies and gentlemen! And the shtick of clothing? A guy spends 350 days a year dressed as if she had to leave the gym, all disheveled, half on everything, especially in the medium dropped, smelling of sweat ... MC is not removed or your wedding! But at Christmas, do not miss the Armani of 1000 €! What has to pawn her wedding ring? For what persists! What do you have to sell your home? For the sale! What has to donate a kidney and a lung? So what gives! What has to stop under a bridge, no wedding ring, no kidneys, no lungs and no wife, because he had divorced him jilipollas-? Well no problem! The important thing is the Armani!

But we're not less than U.S.

I do not know how many times have I heard this afternoon in the mouth of an aunt this sentence: "Jo, Aunt, I have to wear tomorrow!". And the funny thing is that just as he was not wearing clothes bought trail! At that time, you feel like a lashing from the neck to any of these little guy.

O, but "Well, I do not know me in her hair. I do the plank!". But what else will? Tomorrow, the important thing is not atrangantarte with the grapes! What else will the hair, eh? And I heard these phrases while squandering humanity and common sense, thinking what the hell give my sister.
